Campaign Strategy
- Audience Research: Identify and target Shearers Arms' ideal customers across Facebook and Instagram
- Paid + Organic Alignment: Ads and organic content work together to reinforce messaging and maximise impact
- A/B Testing: Continuously test creative, copy, and audiences to improve performance over time
- Retargeting: Re-engage website visitors, past customers, and warm audiences with targeted ads
- Monthly Reporting: Transparent metrics across both services with insights and next steps
Service Terms
- Billing: Monthly recurring, invoiced at the start of each month
- Contract: Month-to-month with 30 days notice to cancel
- Ad Spend: Client provides ad spend budget (paid directly to Meta)
- Platforms: Facebook & Instagram (Meta Business Suite)
- Reporting: Monthly performance report covering both services
What We Need From You
- Meta Business Manager access (or we'll help you set it up)
- Social media account access for Instagram and Facebook
- Brand assets, product photos, and any existing guidelines
- Ad spend budget confirmation
- Key promotions, specials, and campaign priorities each month

Investment
Note: After the first month, the ongoing monthly investment is $3,000 AUD/month ($1,500 Meta Ads + $1,500 Social Media Management). The $1,500 first-month discount is an exclusive benefit for Value Liquor Group members. Ad spend budget is separate and paid directly to Meta.

By signing below, you agree to the Meta Ads Management and Social Media Management services outlined in this proposal at $1,500 AUD for Month 1 (VLG Member Discount applied), followed by $3,000 AUD per month ongoing.

- Service begins upon first payment receipt

- All ad creative and content created remains property of Shearers Arms
- Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice
- Rates subject to review annually
